Hi, I'm Ole Strand.

Our Method

A higher hit rate is engineered, not guessed.

Most creative dies on instinct. We work the opposite way. Every concept earns its place in the account through deep research and the kind of human taste you only get from top 1% talent. AI accelerates the work. Taste shapes the final cut. The brands winning in feed right now look made, not generated, and that's where the trust lives.

But research and taste alone don't win an account. The reason is the first piece of math we live by: the power law. Creative performance is not linear. A handful of ads carry the spend. The rest are noise. You can build the most beautiful brief in the world, ship a single shot, and find out the long way that you gambled the whole account on one bet.

The power law

A few creatives carry the account.

Two or three creatives out of every batch do almost all of the work. The job of the method is to find them faster than anyone else.

So the goal is not to ship more ads. It is to ship enough intentional shots, each one engineered to either win or teach us something, that the outliers surface fast. Volume on its own is just noise. Volume with intention behind it is how a hit rate becomes worth scaling.

That hit rate matters because of the second piece of math: tipping points. A 10–15% lift in hook rate or outbound click-through rate does not translate to a 10–15% bigger account. It compounds.

The tipping point

A small lift unlocks outsized scale.

A 10–15% lift in the right metric does not produce a 10–15% bigger account. It can unlock 4x, 6x, even 10x at scale.

We have seen that compounding play out across multiple brands, multiple times. That is the prize the testing is hunting for, and the reason "more shots" is the wrong frame. The right frame is shots with a strategy underneath them strong enough to actually hit the tipping point. A high hit rate is not a function of how many ads you ship. It is a function of how much intention you bring to every one.

When research, taste, the power law, and tipping point math come together, the whole thing stops being a testing program and starts being a compounding machine. Each round teaches the next one. Winners get scaled. Losers get retired. The brand library grows. Every test costs less than the last because the previous ones already paid for the learning.
